Kosher Business Software ("the platform") is operated by KBS Systems LLC ("KBS Systems," "we," "us," or "our"), a New Jersey limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with the platform and this website.

Information We Collect

From Businesses. Account and business details a Business provides when signing up, such as business name, owner name, address, phone number, email address, and billing information.

About clients, entered by Businesses. Businesses store their own clients' information in the platform, such as client names, phone numbers, appointment details, and service history.

Consent records. When a client agrees to receive text reminders, we store a consent record: the client's phone number, the date and time consent was given, how it was given (verbally at booking, when staff ask the client), the staff member involved when applicable, and the version of the disclosure that was read or shown.

Website inquiries. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

How We Use Information

We use this information to operate the platform for Businesses: scheduling and managing appointments, processing sales, sending appointment reminder texts to clients who have consented, and maintaining the consent records that document who agreed to receive texts and when.

Text Messaging Data

Client phone numbers are used only to send the appointment-related messages the client agreed to receive from the Business they booked with. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the platform (for example, the messaging provider that delivers texts and our hosting providers), and as required by law.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the platform and to maintain consent and opt-out records, and as required by applicable law. When a client opts out of texts, we keep a record of the opt-out so the number is not texted again.

Your Choices

Clients may stop texts at any time by replying STOP to any message or by asking the Business. Businesses may contact us to access, correct, or delete information stored in their account.
