These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the Kosher Business Software platform and this website, operated by KBS Systems LLC ("KBS Systems," "we," "us," or "our"), a New Jersey limited liability company. By using the platform or this website, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Kosher Business Software provides appointment scheduling, point of sale, bookkeeping, and client management tools to independent, appointment-based local businesses ("Businesses"), including an optional feature that sends appointment reminder texts to a Business's clients.

Business Responsibilities

Each Business is responsible for the accuracy of the information it enters, for collecting its own clients' consent before any reminder text is sent on its behalf, and for honoring opt-outs. The platform records consent and does not send texts to numbers without consent on file, but each Business remains responsible for how it uses the platform with its own clients.

Text Messaging Terms

These terms apply to text messages sent through the platform on a Business's behalf and are consistent with our SMS Disclosure.

What you receive. Appointment reminders and related service messages from the Business you booked with, sent from that Business's own dedicated number. This program does not include marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in. Verbally at the time of booking, when you book in person or by phone and staff ask you. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you never have to agree to book.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your appointments.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message at any time, or ask the Business. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out does not affect your ability to book or attend appointments.

Your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

The platform may not be used to message anyone who has not consented, to send unlawful or prohibited content, or for any purpose that violates applicable law or carrier rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
